At a packed outdoor music festival in Las Vegas at about 10:00 p.m. local time, the music turned into loud gunshots and started the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. The gunshots were heard, seen, and fired at the people of the concert. Those gunshots killed 59 people and injured 530. These fired on and off for 9-11 minutes while the suspect was shooting from 32nd floor of  the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. After these shots fired to the people of the music festival, the shots were fired into the suspects head by himself and killed him. This man was 64 years-old and his name was Stephen Paddock.

I spend my time at horse competitions EVERY weekend! I take lessons once a week to get ready for these competitions, but i go to the barn just about everyday just to see them or ride on my own. I keep my horses at a boarding facility where the person that owns the facility takes care of them, like she feeds them, cleans their stalls, and exercises them. She does many other things, but those are just a few. I’ve ridden horses since i was 8 and now i have 2 of my own horses, their names are Beau and Skip.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving day is on November 23. Thanksgiving will be on Thursday for the United States of America. Thanksgiving is where you celebrate the first harvest that the pilgrims did. They did their first harvest in October 1621. Most people celebrate this holiday. My family does, we make a big turkey, we have gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, mixed vegetables, etc. We have a big dinner, we also invite our friends over to eat with us. This is a picture I found online of a Thanksgiving dinner. This is not my family’s dinner.

Rachael Steffens is in the 12th grade at Laingsburg High School. Autumn Michaels is a blind 9th grader at Laingsburg High School. Although she can’t see, Autumn still wanted to march the halftime show with the band. Rachael is in the drumline, but gave up marching the show to walk Autumn.

Black Veil Brides is an American band led by lead singer Andy Biersack.  Some people call Andy an angel, others well don’t say a thing. Some of the most famous songs by BVB ( Black Veil Brides) are, goodbye agony, In The End, and Fallen Angels. These song’s are probably some of the best songs by this band. Halloween!!

                                                          

   Halloween is a time to go out at night, with an awesome costume and a little bucket! You can wear your favorite character, and get lots of candy! Usually...but other than that, it’s still really fun! You can guess your friend’s character, or they can guess yours. Also, carving pumpkins are really fun, too! Unless you don’t like the smell of an open pumpkin. But making shapes, and pictures are usually the best! Some pumpkins look like this mainly that’s what they look like. (I tried to move the picture somewhere else, but it won’t move…) Halloween is my favorite holiday! It’s scary(kinda)and fun! Trying to scare people, sometimes works. Like I’m going to be my favorite YouTuber’s alter ego, Antiseptic Eye! He’s scary if it’s your first time watching. Like his appearance in ‘Say Goodbye’. I’m extremely attached to him now...OK! Enough blabbering of YouTube and stuff! Halloween started with the Celtic festival, Samhain. They thought the border between spirits, and humans was very thin, so they decided to dress up as spirits or ghosts. People of all ages can do this. It gives them a chance to be their favorite character, and dress up as them. Well this was my “explanation” on Halloween! Hope you enjoyed!

ANNABELLE :CREATION

This is probably the scariest movie of 2017. Annabelle is a doll and she is very creepy.

So this is kinda the plot of the movie

In 1943, dollmaker Samuel Mullins and his wife Esther grieve for the loss of their seven-year-old daughter Annabelle, "Bee", who died after she was run over by a passing car. An unknown entity, which the couple believes to be their daughter's spirit, convinces them to transfer its essence into one of Samuel's crafted porcelain dolls. Their elation soon turns to anguish when the Mullins realize they have attracted a demon looking for a human host. They take the doll to Bee's room and lock it in a closet wallpapered with pages from the Bible before hiring priests to bless both the room and the house.

Twelve years later, in 1955, the Mullins open their home to provide shelter for Sister Charlotte and six girls left homeless by the closing of their orphanage. Despite having been told not to enter Bee's locked bedroom, Janice, a young orphan crippled by polio, is awakened by a noise, discovers a note saying "find me", and sneaks into the room, which has mysteriously become unlocked. She finds a key for Bee's closet and unlocks it, unwittingly releasing the demon, who begins to terrorize the girls, displaying a special interest in Janice.

On the second night, the demon continues to torment Janice, revealing its true form and declaring that it wants "her soul". Although she attempts to get away using a stairlift, she is left severely injured when caught by the demon and thrown from the second floor landing to the first floor. The next day, Janice—now confined to a wheelchair—is dragged into a shed. The demon, taking Bee's form, successfully possesses her. One of the other orphans, Janice's best friend Linda, notices changes in her behavior and admits to Samuel that Janice had snuck into Bee's room and found the doll two nights earlier. Shortly after Linda's revelation, the demon murders Samuel.

Sister Charlotte speaks with the disfigured Esther, who is confined to her bedroom, having had her left eye gouged out by the demon during their initial encounter twelve years earlier. Esther confesses to the nun the truth behind the doll and the hauntings within their home. Sister Charlotte grows increasingly alarmed that the demon will further victimize the girls.

The demon kills Esther and, having now killed both the Mullins, attacks Sister Charlotte as she attempts to get the girls out of the house. The possessed Janice continues her pursuit of Linda, who hides in Bee's room. Sister Charlotte arrives to stop Janice and locks the girl and the doll in the closet. The next day, police arrive to search the house and its surroundings and find only the doll inside the bedroom closet, which they remove as Santa Monica. Still possessed by a demon, she now goes by the name "Annabelle" and is adopted by the Higgins family.

Twelve years later, in 1967, Annabelle forms a satanic cult, with her boyfriend. One night, they murder her adoptive parents in their bedroom, which catches the attention of their next door neighbors, the Forms, as a pregnant Mia Form is awakened by the screams and her husband John goes to investigate.

In a post-credits scene, set in Romania in 1952, Valak, the Demon nun, walks towards the camera in the candle-lit halls of the Carta Monastery, as each candle slowly goes out, teasing the events of The Nun.
