Trip to England

Last week, seven classmates travelled to England.
They visited Rye, Rochester, Chatham and Brighton.
They stayed in host families in Littlehampton.
Their favorite visit was Brighton because there were shops.
They visited a submarine and a boat in Chatham.
Last week in England it was sunny.
They stayed five days and travelled by coach.

Today is Pancake Day ("La Chandeleur" in French).

We eat crepes/pancakes with Nutella (liquid chocolate with hazelnuts), maple syrup, sugar, Fluff or ice-cream.

We drink a glass of milk (for kids) or cider (for adults).

Traditionally, we make crepes and have it jump off the pan with a coin in the hand because it brings good luck all year.

Happy Pancake Day!!!              4G3
